Hello o/\/\ o
thecreatorblog:

So when things start to go crazy it comes out that I’m a bit of an activist.Sharing this on here, because honestly for something like this to work it has to reach a large group of people who are willing to sacrifice their own personal comfort for a short time to send a message. While the internet community has managed to send a message to the American Government that bills like SOPA and PIPA will not be tolerated, it comes to mind that the real driving force behind these bills aren’t suffering at all.We tell the American Government that we will retaliate. We may threaten that members of the Government will not get reelected.  We may spam them with calls, mail, and messages concerning our concerns with SOPA and PIPA.  We may shut down the Department of Justice’s website for a time.  But all of these things only target the Government. In fact it is the bill’s supporters, particularly the film, music, and media industries, that continue to push for this bill.  They are the ones who had Megaupload and Limewire shut down.  They are the ones who had your video removed from Youtube because there was a song playing in the background. So the next obvious step would be to make a stand against these groups, and let them know we won’t tolerate them affecting the stability of the internet for their personal gain. From this idea sprung Black March.I ask that you reblog this to spread the word.  You may not want to participate, but one of your followers might.  Post it everywhere. On your website, on your facebook, on your blogs.  Just spread the word.  Make this as big as the internet stike, and I can guarantee that people will take notice.

From this idea sprung Black March.
